As we speak, this is in the crock pot cooking! It smells so good!
Crockpot Chicken Breast with Brown Rice and Veggies
- 1 cup uncooked brown rice
1/2 chopped onion
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 10 oz package of frozen broccoli
3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
2 cups water
2 lbs chicken breast
1.) Mix brown rice, veggies, soups, water and spices in crockpot.
2.) Put chicken on top of mixture.
3.) Cover & cook on high for 6-8 hours.

I'm so excited for you! Yay! Sounds tasty. I'm a vegetarian, so basically, I throw every kind of vegetable in my crock pot with different kinds of organic broth. I bought an itsy bitsy crock pot for 2 before Christmas and I use it like 3 times per week. It's just enough for my husband and myself..
