I got some chia seeds over the weekend and was excited to add it to my daily diet! (You can do so easily by adding it to your oatmeal in the morning or cereal...so many ways.)
I came across this delicious recipe & want to share it with you...chia seeds are so healthy for you for many reasons!
Cinnamon Chia Pudding
1 1/2 cups Almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 vanilla bean or a dash of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
1 - Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. (Make sure there is extra room in the bowl as it will expend!)
2 - Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour. (Overnight refrigeration is ideal.)
3 - Nice & easy desert at your service! Put some sliced bananas or sliced strawberries on top!
