I thought it was incredible. (Sort of.)
I LOVED the twists (yes...multiple!) at the end. Absolutely loved it. I love Anne as Catwoman. Christian...yum. I even got teary-eyed at the end. I also really liked that there was no cursing.
I did NOT love the amount of violence. I thought it was great that you didn't see any blood, gore, or guts. But the amount of violence was insane. It is such a dark...sinister film with all of the violence.
I don't know why it bothered me so much. Maybe because of what happened in Colorado?
I've seen violent movies before...but this one just struck a chord with me. I also saw it in iMax so maybe everything was intensified?
If you've seen it...what are your thoughts?
I really enjoyed it! I actually got scared during the movie which I think is partly because I was thinking about what happened in Colorado. But I agree, I think it was a great movie but it sure did have a lot of violence.ReplyDelete
I liked it! I actually thought this one was a lot less violent and a lot less dark than the previous one with the joker. So that made me happy :)ReplyDelete
Oh I totally teared up at the end! Esp when Alfred was at that little cafe and he saw Bruce & Catwoman (I don't remember what her name in the movie was, lol). I LOVED itReplyDelete
I loved it. It did have a darker feel to it but after the one with Joker there was no way it could have been lighter while still being a good movie. I think the Colorado tragedy has added to a lot of it as well.ReplyDelete
I actually haven't seen it yet. (Am I the only person in the world?) My husband LOVED it.ReplyDelete
I'm not a huge Batman fan...mainly after the one with Heath Ledger in it gave me nightmares.
I LOVE Batman! I also love dark-themed movies. I haven't seen this one (trying to save money!!) but Vance and I definitely want to!!!ReplyDelete
