Simpflying Eating Healthy

Eating healthy doesn't have to be hard. It doesn't have to take hours upon hours to prepare, as some people say.

Snacking doesn't have to be just chips & dip because it's easy, either.

Snacking CAN be easy!

When I snack, I try to have some protein in with the meal as well.

This was my snack the other day...


Hummus. Cucumbers. Avocado. Hard-boiled eggs.

That's it.

Easy! (and delicious!)

 

I cut the cucumbers up. I cut the hard-boiled eggs up and mixed avocado in it. I dipped the cucumbers in the hummus.

It doesn't get much easier than that.
