Count Phone Numbers, Not Calories!

I love eating healthy. I pride myself on it, I really do. All of the time people ask me - "how do you look the way you look?" I eat right...I exercise.

I am so tired of counting calories. I really am. I do get pretty annoyed with cooking healthy, figuring out meals, etc. It's so time consuming and boring.

BUT you know what isn't time consuming? The Fresh Diet.

The Fresh Diet gets rid of all of the calorie counting and struggling to eat a new healthy meal every day. (Chicken breast sure does get boring...QUICK.)

When you sign up, you have options to choose from...are you trying to lose weight? Do you need gluten free? Do you simply want to maintain?

The calorie intake per day is 1,200-1,400 calories for woman. (Woohoo...I don't have to figure out what meals get me to my limit!)

Delivered daily are 3 meals and 2 snacks (1 "real" snack and 1 desert...might I add that the deserts are pretty delicious?)

Just like the name suggests, these meals are fresh and healthy!! And for those wanting to lose weight - since your meals are calorie controlled, that is not an issue.

Every day, your meal is cooked for you...fresh...and, gourmet!

One of my favorite parts was choosing the meals I got. To start with, you get to pick 8 food items that you absolutely do not like or are allergic to. (One I picked was cilantro...not a fan!) For each day, you get to pick your meal out of 3 choices each. If you pick a meal that has one of the 8 "gross" foods, the program will tell you. The program will ALSO tell you if you pick more than one "carb heavy" meal per day. You have the option of deciding if you still want that particular meal, but at least you're warned!

Your meals are cooked for you in state of the art, beautiful kitchens. (Well, I'm assuming that the kitchens are beautiful since the meals surely are...)

So pretty, almost don't want to eat it! ;)

So many people get scared of the word "diet." It's terrible that "diet" has such a poor connotation because it's not that horrible of a word. People need to start thinking of "dieting" as healthy living - that is ALL dieting is.

Even if you already eat healthy - this is truly an amazing program. It is a HUGE time saver and super convenient. Oh and it changes thing up...no more of just one food just "because it's healthy."

Healthy sweet treat!

I have a special offer for you since I love you so much... “Receive 3 days free with the purchase of a 31 day plan at $29.99 per day”. The promo code is: singlmar29

With these prices, it's roughly around $200/week. If you were to make these delicious, gourmet foods yourself - you would spend incredibly more than that!

Health matters! Make a change today :)

As stated earlier, this post is sponsored by the Fresh Diet. HOWEVER - all opinions are my own and 100% honest!

  4. I tried The Fresh Diet a few months ago and absolutely loved it! The salads and cheesecake were my favorite. I loved not having to count calories and eating gourmet food vs. "diet" food was a plus for me so I didn't feel like I was depriving myself.

I might have to sign up again now that I have a discount code!

Love your blog, by the way!

  6. Looks awesome, but is WAY too expensive for me! $800/month for food???? For ONE person?? That's ridiculous! I buy healthy food for Vance and I to last us TWO weeks for ONLY $100. That's bfast, lunch, and dinner. And we're losing weight. We use myfitnesspal.com, which tracks our calories for us, lets us know how many calories/proteins/fat grams/carbs we have left in the day, etc. It's awesome! Anyway, if I was independently wealthy, I would TOTALLY do this plan, because it truly does look awesome, however the cost alone prevents me from giving this a shot!

  7. Cami!!!! I've been MIA lately, so be prepared for lotsa comments :)

This sounds like a pretty good way to lose weight! Although I have to agree with the comment above in that it's probably a bit too expensive for me, but it still sounds great!
