On Fridays, I'm going to start sharing with you some workout suggestions. What do you think?

Shoulder & Leg Workout
Plank - 3 sets of 1 minute
Side Plank - 3 sets of 1 minute

Dumbell Front Shoulder Raises - 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Dumbell Lateral (Side) Shoulder Raises - 3 sets of 10-15
Plated Front Shoulder Raises - 3 sets of 10-15Shoulder Exercise on Butterfly - 3 sets of 10-15

Dumbell Walking Lunges - 3 sets of 16-20
Glute Kickbacks with Dumbells -
3 sets of 10-12 (per leg)
Leg Extensions on Machine -
3 sets of 10-15
Seated Leg Curl Machine -
3 sets of 10-15
Calf Raises on Smith Machine - 3 sets of 15-20
Seated Leg Press Machine -
3 sets of 10-15

  8. Thanks for liking the nail polish! I actually used the same brush that comes with the polish. No small special ones or anything. I just tried to dip it slightly instead of brushing. I love the idea of a work out post! It will help me get in shape in time for the warmer weather. Have a great weekend! x
