you know how you just love when your man plays video games?
Well, do you ever start playing with him? Or do you have a game you play?
When I was a kid, I used to play pretty frequently...Super Nintendo! In the year of Mario, Yoshi, Tetris, oh and...Rayman!
Guess what I spent my Friday night doing?
Yup. That was ME. Not my man...but me.
Does that make me less of a girl? I sure hope not. I think it just makes me cuter. ;)

Last week I found old Mario games online...I've spent WAY too many hours trying to rescue the princess lately! I have never been way into video games, but I so wish we still had my old Super Nintendo!
ReplyDeletei could dominate any disney sega game!! haha. but i cant even function using the controllers for xbox. its one of those really popular xbox games my husband used to play- call of duty or something like that. i can't even make the guy walk!

ReplyDeleteI loved super Mario brothers and paperboy and dr Mario as a kid. I'll play the wii occasionally but only with my husband. I'm pretty awful.
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the reasons I <3 you. I love Super Nintendo! Some of my favorites that you didn't mention would be: The Donkey Kong Country games and Zelda Link to the Past.

ReplyDeleteYes, I am a die-hard nerd. I like epically long fantasy games- Final Fantasy, Zelda, and the like. I'm currently spending all my free time playing Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword.

However, I'd like to add that I LOVE the Super Mario Bros games, Donkey Kong Country games, Yoshi's Cookies, etc. Vance and I love Wii Sports, Wii Fit games, Super Mario Bros Wii, Super Mario Bros 3 on Wii, Mario Kart Wii, Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, etc. together. :-) I also love Rock Band, but he isn't a huge fan...even though he plays all of those instruments in real life! I also love DDR, Just Dance games, etc. So fun!

ReplyDeleteI love to try and play! I never complain about the bf though we have an understanding about video game & reading time. we sit in the same room and I read and he plays...works perfectly :)
ReplyDeleteohhh you would get major points from steve for playing video games. i do love to play them with him...rockband and anything on the wii. i used to LOVE mario bros. i loved one and smbros. one and three. i would stay up all night trying to beat them. my mom would too.
